The Viking Cup and BBQ cook-off, October 14 2000.
Many members of the Danish Club turned out to cheer for our Soccer Team and the "Danish Deep Friars", who for the second year in a row entered the BBQ cook-off. Both teams did us proud: The soccer team took Silver after loosing to the Norwegians in over time. The Friars also took 2nd place in the brisket category. A good time was had by all.
